Poultry Nest System

The main body of the Laying nest is a hot-dip galvanized sheet with a thickness of 0.5mm and a weight of 275g/㎡ zinc layer. Eggs are out of both sides. Size:2270*850*600mm(L*W*H). One hole is 330mm width.The egg trough is 120mm width. One nest has 14-16 holes (both sides).  Laying nest is with anti-roost board.The driving motor power is 0.75KW and the speed is adjustable from 0-3.5m/min. The conveyor belt adopts square hole pp belt imported from Europe. The egg nest is laid with needle-shaped artificial grass mat imported from Belgium to effectively prevent the surface of the eggs from being contaminated.Automatic breeder nest is a modern breeding equipment that automatically transfers and collects eggs.
