Automatic egg box
Design philosophy:
The main body of the egg box is a 0.5mm thick 275g zinc layer hot-dip galvanized sheet, with two sides for egg production, 60cm in height and 85cm in width. The double egg production trough is 12cm in width, with one acupoint 33cm in width. Each group of egg boxes has 14 acupoints (on both sides), with an 80cm interval between groups (2.27cm per group) and an anti habitat flipping plate.
The driving motor has a power of 0.75KW and can adjust the speed from 0 to 3.5m/min. The conveyor belt adopts European imported square hole PP belt, and the egg nest is made of black plastic egg tray. The inner grass mat is made of Belgian imported artificial grass mat and needle shaped egg nest structure, which can prevent the newly produced eggs from contacting foreign objects and ensure that the surface of the eggs is not contaminated.

The working principle is as follows: through an automatic transmission system, the egg boxes are timely and safely delivered to the egg collection platform, achieving automatic egg picking, saving manpower, and reducing the rate of broken eggs. There is a dedicated tensioning device at the end of the equipment, which can fully ensure the stability of the conveying system. The operating table adopts sheet metal technology, with a simple structure, smooth operation, convenient operation, and easy cleaning.
Equipped with specially designed plastic and rubber artificial grass mats for selection, providing a comfortable laying environment for laying hens. The conveyor belt is equipped with high-density nylon belt, ABS material and PP conveyor belt for customers to choose from. The system has a blocking brush at the end, which can clean the conveyor belt at any time during operation and ensure that eggs are always clean.
