The automatic egg picker needs to be well maintained in order to be used for a long time.
1. During normal operation, the lubricating oil of the gearbox should be checked once a week, and if it is insufficient, it should be added; Drip lubricating oil onto the transmission chain.
2. Check the tightness of the transmission chain every month, and it is appropriate to lower the middle of the chain by 10mm. If it does not meet the requirements, it should be adjusted.
3. Replace the lubricating oil of the gearbox once a year.
4. Once a month, fill all bearing seats with grease.
5. Before starting up, check if there are any debris inside the egg picking tape and clean it in a timely manner.
